Offerings for the Sacred Tent
(Exodus 35.4-9)1 The Lord said to Moses, 2 “Tell the Israelites to make an offering to me. Receive whatever offerings anyone wishes to give. 3 These offerings are to be: gold, silver, and bronze; 4 fine linen; blue, purple, and red wool; cloth made of goats' hair; 5 rams' skin dyed red; fine leather; acacia wood; 6 oil for the lamps; spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet-smelling incense; 7 carnelians and other jewels to be set in the ephod of the High Priest and in his breastpiece. 8 The people must make a sacred Tent for me, so that I may live among them. 9 Make it and all its furnishings according to the plan that I will show you.
The Covenant Box
(Exodus 37.1-9)10 “Make a Box out of acacia wood, 45 inches long, 27 inches wide, and 27 inches high. 11 Cover it with pure gold inside and out and put a gold border all around it. 12 Make four carrying rings of gold for it and attach them to its four legs, with two rings on each side. 13 Make carrying poles of acacia wood and cover them with gold 14 and put them through the rings on each side of the Box. 15 The poles are to be left in the rings and must not be taken out. 16 Then put in the Box the two stone tablets that I will give you, on which the commandments are written.
17 “Make a lid of pure gold, 45 inches long and 27 inches wide. 18 Make two winged creatures of hammered gold, 19 one for each end of the lid. Make them so that they form one piece with the lid. 20 The winged creatures are to face each other across the lid, and their outspread wings are to cover it. 21 Put the two stone tablets inside the Box and put the lid on top of it. 22 I will meet you there, and from above the lid between the two winged creatures I will give you all my laws for the people of Israel.
The Table for the Bread Offered to God
(Exodus 37.10-16)23 “Make a table out of acacia wood, 36 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 27 inches high. 24 Cover it with pure gold and put a gold border around it. 25 Make a rim 3 inches wide around it and a gold border around the rim. 26 Make four carrying rings of gold for it and put them at the four corners, where the legs are. 27 The rings to hold the poles for carrying the table are to be placed near the rim. 28 Make the poles of acacia wood and cover them with gold. 29 Make plates, cups, jars, and bowls to be used for the wine offerings. All of these are to be made of pure gold. 30 The table is to be placed in front of the Covenant Box, and on the table there is always to be the sacred bread offered to me.
The Lampstand
(Exodus 37.17-24)31 “Make a lampstand of pure gold. Make its base and its shaft of hammered gold; its decorative flowers, including buds and petals, are to form one piece with it. 32 Six branches shall extend from its sides, three from each side. 33 Each of the six branches is to have three decorative flowers shaped like almond blossoms with buds and petals. 34 The shaft of the lampstand is to have four decorative flowers shaped like almond blossoms with buds and petals. 35 There is to be one bud below each of the three pairs of branches. 36 The buds, the branches, and the lampstand are to be a single piece of pure hammered gold. 37 Make seven lamps for the lampstand and set them up so that they shine toward the front. 38 Make its tongs and trays of pure gold. 39 Use seventy-five pounds of pure gold to make the lampstand and all this equipment. 40 Take care to make them according to the plan that I showed you on the mountain.
La ofrenda para el tabernáculo
(Ex 35.4-9)1 El Señor habló con Moisés, y le dijo:
2 «Diles a los hijos de Israel que tomen una ofrenda para mí. La tomarán de todo aquel que de voluntad y de corazón quiera darla.
3 La ofrenda que recibirán de ellos es la siguiente: oro, plata, cobre,
4 azul, púrpura, carmesí, lino fino, pelo de cabra,
5 piel de carnero teñida de rojo, piel de delfín, madera de acacia,
6 aceite para las lámparas, especias para el aceite de la unción y para el incienso aromático,
7 piedras de ónice, y piedras de engaste para el efod y para el pectoral.
8 Y harán un santuario en mi honor, y yo habitaré en medio de ellos.
9 El diseño del tabernáculo y de todos sus utensilios lo harán todo en conformidad con todo lo que yo te muestre.
El arca del testimonio
(Ex 37.1-9)10 »Harán también un arca de madera de acacia, de un metro y diez centímetros de largo, sesenta y cinco centímetros de ancho, y sesenta y cinco centímetros de alto.
11 La recubrirás de oro puro por dentro y por fuera, y alrededor de ella le harás una cornisa de oro.
12 Le fundirás cuatro anillos de oro, y se los pondrás en sus cuatro esquinas; dos anillos en un costado y dos anillos en el otro.
13 Harás unas varas de madera de acacia, y las recubrirás de oro.
14 Meterás las varas por los anillos en los costados del arca, y con ellas llevarás el arca.
15 Las varas no deben quitarse del arca, sino quedarse en sus anillos.
16 En el arca pondrás el testimonio que yo te daré.
17 »Harás un propiciatorio de oro fino, de un metro y diez centímetros de largo por sesenta y cinco centímetros de ancho.
18 Harás también dos querubines de oro, labrados a martillo, que irán en los dos extremos del propiciatorio.
19 Un querubín irá en un extremo, y un querubín en el otro extremo, y formarán una pieza con el propiciatorio.
20 Los querubines extenderán sus alas y cubrirán con ellas el propiciatorio. Sus rostros estarán el uno frente al otro, mirando hacia el propiciatorio.
21 El propiciatorio lo pondrás encima del arca, y dentro del arca pondrás el testimonio que yo te daré.
22 Desde allí te haré saber todo lo que yo te ordene decir a los hijos de Israel. Hablaré contigo desde la parte superior del propiciatorio, de entre los dos querubines que están sobre el arca del testimonio.
La mesa para el pan de la proposición
(Ex 37.10-16)23 »Harás también una mesa de madera de acacia, de noventa centímetros de largo por cuarenta y cinco centímetros de ancho, y sesenta y cinco centímetros de alto.
24 La recubrirás de oro puro, y alrededor de ella le harás una cornisa de oro.
25 Le harás también una moldura alrededor, de siete centímetros de ancho, y alrededor de la moldura harás una cornisa de oro.
26 Le harás cuatro anillos de oro, que irán en las cuatro esquinas que corresponden a sus cuatro patas.
27 Los anillos quedarán debajo de la moldura, para que pasen por allí las varas para llevar la mesa.
28 »Las varas las harás de madera de acacia, y las recubrirás de oro. Con ellas será llevada la mesa.
29 Harás también de oro fino sus platones, sus cucharas, sus cubiertas y sus tazones para las ofrendas de libación.
30 Sobre la mesa pondrás el pan de la proposición, que continuamente estará delante de mí.
El candelero de oro
(Ex 37.17-24)31 »Harás también un candelero de oro puro, labrado a martillo. Su pie, su caña, sus copas, sus manzanas y sus flores, serán también de oro puro.
32 De sus costados saldrán seis brazos; tres de un costado del candelero, y tres brazos del otro costado.
33 En cada uno de los seis brazos que salen del candelero habrá tres copas en forma de flor de almendro, una manzana y una flor.
34 En la caña central del candelero habrá cuatro copas en forma de flor de almendro, con sus manzanas y sus flores.
35 En los seis brazos que salen del candelero habrá una manzana debajo de cada dos brazos, es decir, tres manzanas para los seis brazos.
36 Las manzanas y los brazos deben formar una sola pieza, y ser todo ello de oro puro, labrado a martillo.
37 Le harás siete lamparillas, las cuales encenderás de modo que alumbren hacia adelante.
38 Sus despabiladeras y sus platillos deben ser también de oro puro.
39 Usarás para ello treinta kilos de oro fino, con todos estos utensilios.
40 Pon cuidado en hacerlo todo según el modelo que se te ha mostrado en el monte.
